Who We Are

Who We Are

Our role is simple: we sit down with an employer, look at the health plan they already have, and identify where it may be falling short for their people. Then we connect them with healthcare solutions that address those gaps and work alongside the existing plan. No need to replace the plan or switch carriers.
Marlene Belgrove leads that work. With more than 25 years in the healthcare industry, she knows firsthand that access to care matters just as much as coverage itself. She brings that perspective to employer benefits today.
We’re also clear about what we aren’t. We’re not an insurance brokerage, and we don’t sell policies. We connect employers with solutions based on the needs we uncover, not a predetermined product list.

What We Believe

Coverage and care aren’t the same thing. An insurance card doesn’t guarantee an immediate appointment, and many people forgo a visit that could have led to an early diagnosis. Employers pay for the coverage. What their people actually experience is the wait.
A new plan isn’t always the answer. Employers tend to assume the choice is between keeping what they have and paying more for something better. But there is a third option as well: leave the plan alone and build what’s missing around it.

The Gap We See

Most employers do the right thing. They offer health insurance, and many add a wellness program on top. The gap shows up after that.
Employees hold coverage but put off routine care, because an appointment can be weeks away and requires time off work. Wellness programs launch with good intentions, yet only a small share of the team enrolls. Benefits are explained once a year at open enrollment and rarely revisited. Eventually, a valued employee leaves for a company with a stronger benefits package, and benefits are seldom named as the reason.
Individually, these seem minor issues. Together, they leave you with benefits that look complete on paper but do little for the people they were meant to support.
If this sounds familiar, a short call can show you where your plan has room to do more.

How We Work

It starts with a conversation. We ask about your current plan, your headcount and where you feel the pinch. Then we come back with tailored solutions, not a catalog. Our suggestions run alongside your existing plan and are designed so HR isn’t buried in another rollout. Most programs are running within a few weeks. After launch, we stay close and watch usage, because that’s how you know it’s working.
The first step is one conversation. There is nothing to prepare.

Who We Work With

We work with employers across the U.S. that have 20+ full-time W-2 employees working approximately 40-hours per week and already offer health insurance. Most of our conversations are with owners, CEOs, CFOs, and COOs. Benefits shape retention and how the workforce feels about the company, so they belong in leadership’s hands, not only HR’s.

What It Looks Like in Practice

Two employers with different workforces and the same underlying problem: benefits that weren’t doing enough for their people.
Manufacturing Company

Manufacturing Company | 65 Employees

Healthcare expenses were rising, absenteeism was climbing, and few employees were using the benefits already on offer. The company didn’t need a new plan. It needed the existing one to work harder.
We added preventive care and telemedicine alongside the current coverage. Employees had an easier way to get care, and more of them took it.

Construction Company | 55 Employees

Construction Company | 55 Employees

This company was losing skilled workers even after raising wages. Exit conversations kept pointing to the same thing: competitors had stronger benefits and better access to healthcare.
We layered in preventive healthcare and telemedicine onto the existing plan, giving crews care that fit around job-site schedules.

Why Employers Stay With Us

A lot of vendors in this space sell a program and move on to the next account. We’d rather stay. Every workforce is different. What suits a 60-person manufacturer won’t suit a 25-person plumbing company, so we don’t hand out the same answer twice.
We’re also comfortable saying “you’re fine.” If your plan is already doing its job, we’ll tell you on the first call.
